Refund policy

Please read this Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order. By placing an order with ELYSIAN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, store credit, or order cancellations unless an exception outlined in this policy applies.

Eligible Exceptions

Returns, exchanges, or refunds may be considered only if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your item arrived with a manufacturing defect.

  • An item from your order was missing.

  • Your order could not be fulfilled because the item was out of stock.

  • An error was made by ELYSIAN during fulfillment.

If one of the above applies, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date at contact@elysianclo.store.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Your full name.

  • Clear photos of the item(s), packaging, shipping label, and the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

Failure to provide the requested information may delay or prevent the resolution of your claim.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for an approved return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, lint, deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, smoke, or any other signs of wear.

  • Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.

  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer.

  • Change of mind.

  • Color or material preference.

  • Minor variations in color caused by lighting, photography, or monitor settings.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • Damage caused after delivery.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Sale items, limited releases, mystery items, gift cards, and promotional items unless required by applicable law.

Incorrect Size

Please review our sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Sizing preferences vary from person to person. We do not offer refunds or exchanges because an item does not fit as expected.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If we determine that an error occurred on our end, ELYSIAN may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the item.

  • Exchange the item.

  • Issue store credit.

  • Issue a full or partial refund if a replacement is unavailable.

The method of resolution will be determined by ELYSIAN based on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.

Fraud Prevention

ELYSIAN reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, or refund request if:

  • The request is determined to be fraudulent.

  • The item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • False or misleading information has been provided.

  • There is evidence of abuse of our policies.

  • Excessive return or refund requests have been made by the customer.

We may require additional photos or information before approving any claim.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to an error by ELYSIAN, we will provide instructions regarding the return shipment.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Chargebacks

Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting ELYSIAN and providing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims may be disputed using order confirmations, payment records, shipping information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and any other available evidence.

Customers found to be abusing chargebacks may be permanently restricted from making future purchases.

Limitation of Liability

ELYSIAN's liability for any approved claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected item.

Policy Updates

ELYSIAN reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time an order is placed shall govern that order.
