HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM WILL FIT?

In order to identify the best fit, please take a look at the last picture on the product link. Additional fit details with measurements are found on the product page specific to the item.

Measurements are displayed in inches/cm which are clarified in the size chart. For assistance, please contact us.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

The order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam inbox.

CAN I MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO MY ORDER AFTER ITS BEEN PLACED?

If the order has not shipped then you MIGHT be able to make modifications regarding the items.

I USED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS. HOW CAN I UPDATE IT?

Address updates can be requested, but are not guaranteed. Please review your information before you checkout.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All sales are final. We cannot cancel any orders once they have been placed. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Wondering where your order is? You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order is shipped. Allow 48-72 business hours for your tracking information to update with an estimated delivery date.

I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT THE SHIPMENT HASN'T MOVED.

Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Allow 1-3 business days for the courier to scan the package for updates.

MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER. WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?

We do not accept any responsibility about your order being returned . If your order has been returned to our warehouse, please contact us regarding the next steps.

HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Please note that all sales are final. We understand things don’t always work out, so we’ve put in place a refund policy if a mistake was made on our end.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ELYSIAN'S GARMENTS?

Washing instructions for each garments are located in inside of the garments but the general washing method for ELYSIAN's garments is:

  • Wash on cold with clear detergent (no fabric softener).
  • Wash alone and hang to dry for the best results.

Note: We cannot assist with stains, sizing, or other issues after washing, even if within 7 days of delivery.

WHERE DOES ELYSIAN SHIP FROM?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Texas, a prime location that allows us to deliver across the U.S. quickly.

WHAT IF MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?

We understand how frustrating this can be. Here’s what to do:

  1. Sometimes carriers mark packages as “Delivered” prematurely. Give it 3–5 business days—the package often turns up.
  2. Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them by mistake.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier immediately regarding the issue.
  4. Reach out if nothing comes up within that timeframe and we will help you out the best we can!
